New Living Room

We got our new living room furniture. I really love it and it's fun to have a grown up room in the house for "quiet conversation" (what's that) between adults (what are they). We will be getting the piano moved in on Saturday so I will post another picture when is it complete. We love to have company, so come on over and have some quiet conversation in our new living room.

Sarah

Last week, we woke up to this lovely picture of our baby girl. She looked like she went 12 rounds and came out on the losing end. We took her to the doctor and they wanted to do a CT to make sure it was nothing serious. That was Thursday.

We couldn't get in for the CT on Thursday but was scheduled for Friday. Thank goodness when we woke up on Friday this is what our baby girl looked like. We still went to our appointment but ended up not having the CT done. The radiologist believes that her sinus infection but settled in her eye lid and swelled it shut. We are thankful for a quick recover and we are loving the antibiotics that both girls are on. We are hopefully on the mend.

Dora the Explorer

Noah and I got to attend Dora the Explorer Live: Search for the City of Lost Toys last night at the Orpheum. Before the show started and after we spent a small fortune for Dora and Diego souvenirs.
Picture of the stage after the performance.
Outside after the performance. Noah got a rescue pack, T-shirt and a Diego doll. He was also very thoughtful and got his sisters each a Dora doll. One of his favorite parts of the night was when they (the souvenir people) "gave" him his Diego doll. I guess he missed the exchange of money part...Last shot of the Orpheum with the white lights on.
Noah was very good at the show. He watched intently and was very excited when Diego and Baby Jaguar were on stage. I would say I was impressed with the quality of the show. We had a great time!

Girls...

Why is it that we as parents spend so much money on toys for our kids when all they really want to do is play with our pots and pans? I find it a little ironic....

Rachel in her "loving embrace" and attempt at feeding her baby. She is much more loving now after she has practiced a little bit more.
